    Does it really matter how much of water (#H2O) we drink?




    Well here are 11 reasons why it is important..........
    1. Keeps your heart pumping better : Less strain on the heart
    2. Keeps your lungs working better : Oxygen gets attached better
    3. Kidneys function better : Purifies the blood from toxins
    4. The Brain is more alert and active : Keeps you sharp
    5. The Muscles work better : No muscle fatigue
    6. Works as an extra strength pain killer
    7. The Bowels function better : No constipation
    8. The Skin is more healthier : No dryness and would shine and look younger
    9. The Hair becomes healthier : Provides nutrition to the hair
    10. Keeps the Body Weight in balance : Appetite is reduced, as a substitute meal
    11. Generally feels better
    How Much Should You Drink?

    An adult should consume at least 3-4 liters of water per day.

    Is it just plain water?

    No.
    It can be fruit juices, tea or coffee.

    But it would help if one were to drink water as a habit rather than a necessity, for better health.
