dats a trick. 21MBps means tower speed. if theres soo many users it will be dividing with them all so the speed will be slower than 21Mbps

thats not true! 21Mbps means the maximum speed attainable with HSPA+ 3.75G draft! If tower got fiber channel with much capacity many users will get good speeds! But unfortunately Etisalat didnt got fiber connections to towers they use radio links. So even most of towers wont get 21Mpbs.

Dialog is now putting a nice large fiber ring. Dialog will be the major player in mobile internet soon!
