Questions 60K e-money (kind of)

යාලුවෙක් එක්ක වැඩකරල රු 60,000කට වඩා මාසෙට හොයනවා. හැබැයි ඒ් මුදලට කිසි ගරුත්වයක් නෑ බං. ඇයි ඒ?

I have a friend who is outsourcing his client work to me, We were doing this from time to time over the last 8 years, but now it has become more frequent. He's a programmer and involved in projects all over the freelancing websites. The dude is like a brother to me and not a greedy fella, and he pays well to me in LKR. So Now I earn not less than 60K LKR a month from this side hustle, but I have no respect for this income, I can't figure out why. What could be the reason?

This is not a show-off thread, ado why bun? I spend nearly 5-6 hours a day after work. No weekends. I have seen people doing much for a fraction of what I get. But I have no respect for this income. WTF?

TL;DR: I work with a friend and earn 60,000+ something a month, but have no respect for the income, why is that?

I do not earn that much from the full-time job but my overall income is something like that. Your point makes sense, ayya.

Not something like that bun. I truly have no respect for it. I spend it on utility bills and loan payments. It vanishes like a fart in the wind tho.

That's true. 100% true, but I enjoy working on creating content. Working on art is satisfying for me.
This may sound childish, but It's enjoyable.... 80's music in the background, US talkshows, debates or Netflix from the side, snacks and stuff.
Being an introvert, I enjoy this more than my day job.

What type of content do you work on?

Graphics. My mate sends screenshots of instructions or he sends specific instructions regarding the work. I comply and get them done. It's simple as that. SVG, EPS, PNG, PDFs. From Indesign Layouting to Interactive PDFs to Technical Drawings.. Everything and anything. No pattern. It varies from client to client. I am kind of a handy man when it comes to content creation ban.
