800W PSU is enuf for my new PC?

machan, I have decided to build another poor pc to use for my day to day works...even though i have a laptop...lol

so the configs r deese..

Intel DH61WW Mobo (told u im a poor guy kiyala)

Intel Core i5 or i7 Processor
8GB DDR3 Ram (4Gbx2)
1TB SATA
800W PSU

not decided to plug any pci express cards or any other cards..

So i juz wanna ask u is my 800w psu is enuf to power up my gear? or i have 450w psu also.. if any1 got any ideas?which psu suits d config? my heart says go with 800w.. wt u guys think?
