A comment on recent so called "political crisis" in Sri Lanka - what the world should know.
We all know that the executive president of democratic socialist republic of Sri Lanka has appointed Hon. Mahinda Rajapaksha, the former president of Sri Lanka who ended the 30 year long civil war in Sri Lanka.
So many are debating about the ethics and legal side of using executive powers as per the resolution of Sri Lanka. However, there seems to something clearly forgotten here which I would like to emphasis. If Ranil is a keeper of democracy why he is keeping on postponing elections. Why he is giving false statements to foreign countries about democracy? He lost his power clearly and shown his inability to rule our motherland.

So many of UNP supporters talk about 62 laks vote in Jan 2015 presidential election??? But if you add votes of SLPP and SLFP in Feb 2018 election, that is equals to 65 laks. UNP is only 29 laks. JVP 7 laks. This is the reason why UNP isn't going for elections. This is why Ranil isn't leaving Temple Trees. He knows this is his last days at temple trees and people will never vote UNP again under his leadership.
UNP leader Ranil Wikramasignhe has no right to speak about democracy. His history in Batalanda torture house which tortured and killed 1000s of Sri Lankan youth is still on file which should be taken out. Following videos are found reference from Youtube that clearly describe the behaviour of this supreme democratic Ranil Wikramasinghe.

My appeal to Ranil Wikramasinghe as a citizen of this country who isn't in to active politics (so far), """leave politics completely""". The mess you have created is far more enough for you to burn in hell. No use of pirith deshana, etc... Your murders can't be forgiven. Let a new leader in the calibre of Hon. DS Senanayake, Hon. Dudly Senanayaka become the leader of the party. A UNP without Ranil will be a very good party for everyone to consider in future.
