Mig 25 can go mark 3.2. it is the main interceptor russian use for SR 71. Borth operated within their limits. Not going to major incident. Mig 31 design to work with lower speeds than mig 21. But it is one of main threads to SR 71 because it's powerful reader and armament. SR 71s main enemy is not russians. It is very high cost solutions for specific purpose. And it is known to have many malfunction in its life time. Satellite made this kind of planes absolute. So this is the last of this kind. If they entered to soviet air space it will be end like u 2 dragon lady.
