for why countries not peaceful means there are several reason...
one may they not follow Islam Accordingly....
Some may doing sins for their personnel gains...
In major countries Lots of people against to leadership but not to Islam.See USA and Russia where their interest goes,no where other than OIL bunckers....So they make hatred among the people in side the countries...
See In Sri Lanka what we have nothing but why they interested on us coz in a background they lost their weapon market here.....
ultimately they tried to decide Islam countries Due to Oil and religious reasons ....
in that case Some groups of people try to oversee the issue as result among of people millions groups made up...(See in here SriLanka how many individual groups are merging coz government as not answer for their Question successfully)
