acer 4736 z problem ..PLS help

guys i bought an acer 4736z laptop a week ago..yesterterday i tried saving a dvd..and wen i tried the dvd drive jus vibrated a lot...it was really bad..the whole laptop vibarted a lot..do u guys know y?

are you sure the DVD is in good condition ? try reading same DVD in another computer. IF it is working, immediately return your laptop to buyer, because you probably got a problem in DVD-Rom or with OS. Use your DVD as an evidence show that it is not working

its a prob in the dvd dude...its an original dvd..and i think it spins too fast...
i chheck on another dvd drive as well...
