When they reject your account, they will send you a list of reasons
for what they are not giving adsense account, read each reason and solve that
problem in your website.
for Asians the domain name must be more than 1 year old and it should be
in higher level domain.(no blogger,wordpress or free domain)

I have tried more than 1 year (around 25/30 times rejected) and finally accepted
last month.. (www.puttalamads.com)
