No that will never happen! they will introduce new services like CABLE if they run out of ADSL...nyways we already have HSDPA and WiMAX....never fear friends!

In countries like USA normal broadband is 30Mbps...so we srilankans here stuck wit 512kbps got nothing to worry about running out of internet!!!
