I would be grateful if one of you could tell me how to become an Air traffic controller in Sri Lanka? I am a person with a Bsc (physical science) Degree.

Machan give AASL a call.. you will be working under Navigation Services ... you will have to honour a bond agreement with the company to work for them for 3+ years I think..
It's a good time to join as they are understaffed... But I'm unsure of the upcoming intakes..
And the minimum requirement is a degree.. so you should be fine
