Make sure your laps internal modem supports HSDPA, those types of Laptops are rare, Does your lap accepts SIM cards?

You can use Airtel broadband with;
a Personal Computer and a USB Modem OR
a Personal Computer and a 3G phone (preferably with built in HSDPA) OR
a Laptop with built in HSDPA
