You got to install some software on your computer, and then they’ll send small junks of raw data from their radio telescope. Then your computer processes that information searching for an alien signal from outer space. If your computer found anything interesting then it’ll notify you and tell SETI Institute about it too. You may get honored as the one who found aliens!!!

You don’t need speedy internet connection or big downloading files, once every 3 or 4 days it downloads like 750Kb file from SETI Institute and that’s all!
You can set it to process data when your computer in screen saver mode, not using etc.. So it’ll not take your processor power when you need it.
Or you can fully dedicate your computer for SETI research too.

SETI up and running bro! It's funny when you say aliens may have influenced our irrigation technology but you say you dont know/think it has influenced Pyramids.
Machan pyramids have lot of mysteries about their technology than our irrigation systems. I'm not saying Egypt far more superior than us, I’m just saying there are tons of unsolved mysteries about their technology.
