Will Sri lanka go For Fiber optic Network?

Hey Guys, Do anyone know anything about new Fiber optic Network (maybe they are still planning) in Sri lanka... If we got Fiber optic network, Sri lanka will rock!! What a speed.. ADSL Sucks... no: 4Mb/s max.) If anyone know anything about new Sri lankan Fibre optic network, please post here.. As i heard, the network is Island-wide spreaded... Let`s see!........
