    I made a playlist with these dumbbell exercises. They're good to strengthen your body from head to toe. Check it out.

    I did all these exercises for four days and i feel heaps fit and i have much more stamina than i used to. They're all safe and healthy. I reckon these exercises are heaps good if you wanna feel great and and build your muscles a bit at the same time. I recommend them for beginners. Well, if you wanna be like Arnie.... lol. YOu can try somethin a bit harder
