Forget your account. You will not get it back whatever you submit. Make a new one and use a credit card first.

Next time don't use large amount gift cards continuously. do not buy gift cards from unknown sources. Amazon do not allow gift card uses for fresh accounts.

1. cannot buy a credit card now for i took a leave from the job.
2. i didn't use gift cards continuesly, hell, i didn't use ANY gift card at all. i don't have gift cards
3. i didn't buy gift cards from unknows sources. i was trying to buy one from amazon. and got banned.
4. my original account wasn't a fresh account but it got banned when i try to buy a gift card. (though i added a new debit card before i try to buy the gift card)

then i made 2 more accounts and both same results.

the reason i tried to buy gift card in the 1st place is, the USD limitation of our banks. for example, lets say the monthly USD max limit is 100USD and lets say i needed a 200USD item from amazon, then i can't buy right?
so what i was trying to do is get 100usd worth giftcard on this month, and in the next month i buy the 200USD item by 100USD from bank +100 giftcard from the previous month = 200 USD.

that was the plan. or to reduce the shipping cost by getting the stuff i need at once by using the same method because when buying serval items it's usually go beyond the monthly bank limit (but reduce shipping cost)

When you just add a debit card and try to buy something instantly, Amazon flags your account, your address and your IP. Its really difficult to take it off. I have faced the same situation like you and have spend hours in amazon support line.

Best option for you right now is make a new account, add friend or family credit card, and wait for 2 weeks browsing stuff. do not buy anything!

after two weeks buy a something for less than 25 bucks, and check the situation. if your account is not on hold withing 15 minutes, your good to go.
but still you better buy small value items until you get some purchase history.

I had an account since 2011, with around 5000$ purchase history, and got on hold cuz of gift cards.

Never use Ebay giftcards or exchange services.
