Comeon man do you think we can sustain such a number of state workers ? honestly dont you think these reforms are necessary​

to go forward or we can wait another 10 years to understand that state workers are a problem. dont you think if reforms proposed for the CEB in 2001 was executed we would not faced such a energy crisis last year ?​
