Never really heard of Tianeptine before. Seems like its not widely available and legal.
I looked it up and yeah high doses can give effects similar to Heroin so calling it gas station Heroin feels kinda unfair.
Even Pregabalin at high doses gives some people Heroin like effects too.
And Tianeptines core structure is different from other tricyclics anyway. Weird
