Android Mobile Data Issue - Samsung

There's an issue with accessing some apps while on mobile data. As in MS outlook, MS teams are not loading. In chrome, I can do a google search, but it doesnt open the webpages. Other than that all other apps are working properly on data. Any idea how to resolve this?

I tried deleting the app, clear cache and data, but still it's not working.
