I dont think any online scan will help u because those kinda viruses have so many versions just download autoruns and process explorer from sysinternals.com as the first step then post their screenshots...we'll continue frm there

oke aulak nam na but u should clean it abit ur machine must be very slow,
now goto run type cmd and click ok
goto C:\windows\system32 ....yana hati danane natam
type cd.. untill u get C:\ as current path
cd windows
cd system32
then type
dir /ar /od

type it correctly k "/od" kiyana eke binduwak na then post a screenshot of that too

type "cd.." without the " and hit enter until u get C:\ on the left side then type "cd windows" and hit enter then type "cd system32" ( both without " marks ) and hit enter then it would look like this
