1.Uninstall what ever the applications and drivers that u had installed regarding the player.
-use add/remove programs in control panel for this
2.Now restart the computer.
3.Switch off the player.
4.Install corresponding drivers/applications by CD that you got with the player.
5.Again restart the computer.
6.Switch on the player and plug the player into a different usb port mean that not the port that u had connected the player previously.
Now it should work...
if not contact me via skype or yahoo or FB.
