Anonymous voting system for ban members

Hi guys

What do you think if we have a anonymous voting system with reputable accounts for vote whether a member should be ban or limited to a single section or not ? Which I think as a community we can cleanse the worthless posts from trolls to a forum of their own and we can keep other forums troll less.
