I am planning purchase a laptop from USA Amazon, then delivered it via Aramex Shop&Ship Service to SL. Please share your experience if you have used this service before?

As far as I know Aramex is a reliable service abroad. I do not know about Sri Lankan service. Aramex is a UAE based Company.

I've used Kapruka for this purpose. Have bought 2 laptops and a tablet PC

I have used Aramex Shop and Ship, Clickshopusa, Kapruka and comgateway to bring things from USA/Europe to Sri Lanka.

Aramex is by far the best
Kapruka is by far the worst
Comgateway is good but expensive. They use DHL for Delivery
Clickshopusa is alright but their service is only for USA

Go for Aramex Shop and Ship. Service is very good and fast.

Use rate calculator from https://www.shopandship.com/en/home to calculate the cost. use the shipping weight. usually the shipping weight is bigger than the item weight.
amazon listings usually have correct shipping weight.

Aramex will clear custom duty for you. so it's not like receiving small items from ebay. duty will be added to your total cost.

for small items less than or around 1KG, this is the cheapest option.
