I do have some apartments in high class areas which are currently rented out and i am also living in a rented house in malabe. which is quite large and have much more space for my kid. personally i do like to live my life in a home where i can actually live. Regarding your child he/ she would definitely suffer from health issues like zoo animals does. Please machan do not consider it as a good opportunity for you, just think about your child and your childhood freedom. He will live like a robot kit like most kids in those areas.

Well putha, Location wise would be good. But not sure what is the situation when Gas/electricity shortages come. I am prettys sure you cannot cook using wood.

But other than that convenience wise it will be good. But you will have added costs like building maintenance fees and shit every month (fix stuff)

but then again looking at the difference between the distance, wonder if that is an improvement.
