Imagine this guys.. it's next to impossible for a single virus to infect you.
Virus has to enter your respiratory system, travel along the pathways, escape mucus, escape hairs, escape the body heat, escape blind immune cells that attack everything and anything that moves, find a suitable cell to infect (they can't infect all cells), dock into an ACE2 receptor and start replicating..

There are so many barriers before it can actually get into a cell.

It's all statistics. Same reason why you need billions of sperm cells to make a woman pregnant.

So you need billions of viruses to cause a successful infection. Health officials have identified that in order to accumulate a sufficient viral load, one has to be with an infected person for about 15 minutes. otherwise, the number of viruses aren't enough to cause infection.
