There are many apps to use the camera in a smartphone as a magnifying glass.
For example one for Android is https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appdlab.magnify
The normal camera app in the phone does not normally allow this much of focusing.
My question is ...
1) In a autofocus camera does the camera lens ever move to adjust focal length ?
2) If so, Can magnify apps do any harm to the phones camera by using it often ?
