Are there any Nokia 5800 users in EK

I checked out GSM Arena earlier n the ratings are superb....N considering everyone posts i guess its a good fone so m gonna settle for 5800..... thanx alot

I have the latest firmware v21.0.025 (02/04/2009). Why don't you update ? I did it myself.

ohh, well i hv to try to update it, cz when i ws using windows seven beta, i tried to update it, bt nokia pc suite din worked in tt version of windows, nw im using RC, well i hv to give a try again then

Better do it on an OS supported by Nokia PC Suite. Cos you know, if something goes wrong that could be the end of your phone..

Yeah it supports Vista (in fact I did it on Vista with SP1)... But Win7 not sure.. better not take any chances...

Mama Masa 3 witara idala pawichi karanawa!! Kisi Awlak ne machan... BUt the camera is not that good even 3.2 mepix. Sound quality is Excellent machan!! Games Play karannath Patta Machan....

Sound Quality nam Patta machan..its the best of all the mobiles....Even better than Sony Ericsson W902!!

But the camera is not that good... beleve on this

about the camera, it is good enough for me cz we cnt expect so high quality cameras from mobiles phones ryt? we use a mobile for taking calls, send sms, email, brows internet etc, camera & music are extra features don't they?

i hvn't experinced the laggin part yet, but i think they will fix it from there future s/w updates machan .. hope they will release a new update soon

Camera quality charter.. Mang gawath N73 ekak thibuna. Mama photos aran dekama compare kala, 5800 eke noise godak enawa, photos echchara sharp nuth naa.. Low light condition waladi godak upset. Camera eka gana hithagena nam 5800 ekak ganna epa. Namuth anith features walata nam ela. one nam 5800 photos tikak upload karanna puluwan. But I dont have the N73 anymore to upload a comparison.

Apoo 5800 nam hena wathayak. 5800 hv a speed processor but less ram.
I dont like it coz its slowlyness. and its Accelerometer sensor isn't working for every screen. U guys better go fo N97. That also hv full qwerty keyboard.
