Thought of asking this after listening to the below podcast?
For those who say no, what do you think, your teacher, Lord Buddha would say if he was still alive?
In a progressive democracy like Australia, it's illegal to discriminate gays, trans etc and gay marriages, adoptions etc are legal.
I find in general that people in Australia are happy because they have freedom to do whatever they want.
However it's very sad to hear, how some other parts of the world treat these people, even in 2024.
Sadly these kind of mind opening conversations don't take place in the popular media in Sri Lanka.
