As a project manager, the most important factor in achieving project success will be our understanding of The Principles of Project Management. And also given down below about the project management principles. Throughout the project life cycle, a project utilizes a set of methods that may be classified by the 5 process teams mentioned in Chapter one, "Foundation of a Project." These method teams include Initiating, Planning, Executing, observation and dominant, and shutting. Additionally to the method teams, processes may be classified into 9 classes referred to as the Project Management information Areas, that pile up processes that have characteristics in common. In keeping with the MOP Guide, the 9 information Areas square measure as follows
