Considering how bad the power supplies available for purchase in SL, I wonder why most of them don't fail.

not router i think.Its an ADSL modem...

Modems are powered by the USB port. Only routers need an external power adapter.

Router connects multiple networks (such as your home network and the SLT's network if it's an ADSL router). Switch connects network terminals in a single network. Hub also does the same. But the switch can selectively pass the messages to a predetermined destinations. Hub just puts out what's received.

Well, it was Rs.15,000 at EPSI, about 1.5 months ago.

Right now, I'm running at extreme low voltage, which doesn't even require a heatsink
