I don't think there are any 600 visa's without that condition. I know a visitor can ask for an extended stay for medical reasons or some major issues beyond their control (during 9/11 and tsunami times they gave it without a single question, later covid restrictions also an excuse), but that extended visa also have all the conditions as your original visa. only exemption is seeking asylum.
