Is there any possibility to arrive australia via visitor visa, Do a job hunting within 3 months of period and leave country with a agreement with a employee then applying for a work visa from SL

Do you have to get into to apply for jobs? Just apply on-line. Last month one of my friend's son (Mora Grad) applied online and found a job and left. Just two weeks ago two girls who wrote and send CVs to a hospital in Sydney were offered jobs. Both have only one year post-intern experience. (both Grads from local Unis) The jobs are temporary fixed period but once you get there and gain experience, then one could work it out.

I know few without no further stay condition. All are old over 65 and came under sponsored family stream.

It was common practice some 25/30 years ago. At that time, visitors can apply for asylum, then wait for visa amnesty (which occurred every 2/3 years) and get permanent residency. My parents had that opportunity, but they refuse to take it.

The biggest problem with overstay visitors with sponsored family stream visa is, their sponsor won't be eligible to sponsor anyone in the future.
