Putting your personal expenses into your company account? I know people who put even their car into the company account.
Food,Water almost everything you buy goes to business expense since you are working from home.but you need to be smart not to overdo small stuff.I mean most of the chinese tax consultants will tell you what you need to do.

Its a fraud for me, may be for the government too. I would never do that. I love my mental sanity than a few extra dollars.

In a way you could be correct. But everyone isn't Rupert Murdoch :ROFLMAO:
Amount doesn’t matter right.you will save money and that’s what we want for more investment.i mean paying tax won’t guarantee anything for your future in this economy.money is money whatever the amount.

We are just giving our opinions and suggestions right.I know close people who does that for 10 15 years and even faced Audits without any issues.

Kerry Packer was the greatest tax evader in Australia. He was the richest man in Australia for long time, but pay no tax. ATO had quite a few court cases against him, but packer won all the time. The most famous once are his refusal to pay $2.87 in tax for 1990, $6.56 for 1991 and $21.12 for 1992. He said it's too much and went to court without paying that 30 dollars.
Once there was a case against him for not paying 178,000 tax bill, but he only paid 78 cents..
