How hard they try any sri Lankan government can not maintain free university system to mass and take education to the next level with tax rupees only.

Everyone should be free to leave or stay, but they have to pay the student loan working anywhere in the world. Then they are paying back to the country at least in some percentage and helping the younger generation to get some good education.

yes we cant survive with a vintage education system which gives opportunity only to a handful of people. we might have saved millions of rupees going out of the country if we had fixed this problem in the past.
