AWS Lightsail question

Do we have to install Plesk to manage a wordpress site on AWS, or does AWS have their own control panel? And if we have to, then do we have to pay extra for Plesk?

wordpress install කරනවනම් නිකන්ම wordpress select කරලා instance එක හැදුවම ඔයාට කෙලින්ම log වෙන්න පුලුවන් හදපු wordpress website එකට. වෙන කිසිම දෙයක් කරන්න නෑ. domain එකක් attach කරනවනම් ඒකත් lightsail එකෙන්ම කරන්න පුලුවන්. නැත්තම් නිකන්ම OS එක විතරක් අරගෙන ඕනෙ විදියට හදාගන්න පුලුවන්. control panel එකකට හුරුවෙලානම් Plesk free version එක අරගන්න. free ඒකෙ domain 3ක් host කරන්න පුලුවන්. ඊට වඩා ඕනෙ නම් vestacp දාගන්න.

If you planning multiple WordPress installations, use LEMP stack. you have to learn a little bit more about setting up virtual hosts but it's pretty damn fast!
