Recently the held SAARC Summit, during the period there was strict security in Colombo and certain road block which was inconvenience to most public to travel and do their day to day work! And however the residents in that area are given permission card. How many losses would have cause to these public? It is not only the business losses would have incurred but ones life too! This was the story, read below!
My father had a known friend who is repairing cars. So my father usually goes to repair there and his friend told his story. Recently about last week which was during the SAARC period his mother in law had a heart ache, actually it was a heart attack. Then soon they put in her in a van and took her to the hospital! On the way going to the hospital, the police stopped the van as no vehicle cannot pass where road are block! So as the mother in the van is in ache, they told the police and pleasing them to let them go as the mother is sick! But never the police allowed! So they told they will go by force if the police don’t allow them to go! So the police gave a warning that if you go you’re dead! Looking at this what do you say? It’s the police duty to obey president’s orders but the police as a human should allow them to go right? Because of president’s directives can you ignore such a sick person urging to go to hospital? How the police felt so disappointed about it? No, the police would not have a heart even, because you know what did the police said? Guess! He said the president told that if anybody pass the road where it’s block to shoot them like dogs! What the heck is that!
The police are also useless people. Where the police did took action against Mervyn? Did the president take action against Mervyn even? The police should be legally liable to the society; I mean the police should be a helper of the country not an ignorer to the society! Such a police should feel shame of themselves! They don’t know for what they have become police for! If they remove there uniform or not they are the same! I’m really feeling bad about this!
The president is so fear of his life? If not why such security tight around the city? Why we are not allowed traveling convenience on road? Are we terrorists? Did we pay tax for the purpose of efficiently using them for social welfare? Or for the BMW bullet proof and the Aston Martin? Look the government is taking money and not giving back! Because they don’t have money! Then is the money used efficiently for the development of the country? No, what happened to slave island? And what about the newest bullet proof vehicle bought to Sri Lanka? Are the tax money used for that purpose? Suck these Rajapaksha families! Actually I cant say just Mahinda but BAD Mahinda!!!
