    food limit karannethuwa uba dawas 7ma gym giyath bada nan adu wenne....carbs tiyena kema adu karala healthy diet ekakata bahinna....gym ekata gihlla treadmill eke duwanna...stomach exercise karata muscles witarai hi wenne...fat bahinne ne...fat bahinne cardio karoth witarai....interval training karanna...
