LTTE suspect reveals vital information

A suspected LTTE woman cadre who was arrested recently by the Mannar police and handed over to TID had provided vital information on terrorists who might be roaming around in Colombo disguised as beggars, expectant women, or somebody seeking treatment. They are supposed to carry explosives hidden inside shoes, or in the false bottom of traveling bags.

Police requested the public to be vigilant about any stranger who might be acting in a suspicious manner as he or she could be a terrorist in disguise.
