Depending on the size of your group hire a van or car with a driver. Quite cheap. But bargain. The hotel you would stay has contacts and also just ask around the town there are many to get your business. I guess I paid about 30 USD for a van for 8 pax. He was a nice person and he was with us for the whole week till he dropped us off at the airport. Cars are cheaper.

I don't remember the provider. But purchased the SIM at the airport just after the arrivals area. It worked everywhere. (not in the very remote areas)
PS: Update - I just asked about this from my teenager and he says he bought another SIM from Seminyak town, it had better data plan and cheaper than the one I purchased at the airport.
