I'm going to buy a land using a bank loan.
What bank should I go for?
I already asked from Seylan Bank, their rate is 14%
Do you guys know about other banks?

mcn 14% means they have lots of conditions be aware of those when all together rate is 16% if im not mistaken

machan you can get 13.5%-14% loan rate from NSB bank.
as I remember rate is fixed for initial 3 years and floating rate apply for the balance years (as per the central bank rates).
but you can get only 60-80% from land value when u r applying for a property loan.
if you need 100% go for a personal loan.
I would prefer NSB for 5 years loans.
in some cases Commercial bank also giving gd rates for premier customers.
