Best Dongle?

Hi All,

I wish to buy a dongle to access Internet. I'd like to know the better ones with a better service, prepaid/post-paid & anything related.

Please notice that I don't have much knowledge about dongles & related things, except a few times that I used them. (I'm not new to computers related stuff though.)
