Best Engine Oil

I am running with Mobil1 in my car currently, but thinking of moving to the Castrol

As per my check in online, I found there r 3 product available in SL, can anybody advice me how to choose one from them?

Yes, I can't have a service mcuh often like 5000kms. since I am daily running over hundreds, normal mineral oil doesn't fit with me,

4 liters will cost arund 8000, and if u use it u have to do ur 1st service from 6000 kms and den u can use it untill 10000 km s. its much better dan normal oil
