Foxconn P45 Board - 15000/- (max price)
intel core 2 quad 9550 .... 2.83GHz - 38000/-
Kingston 4GB (2x2GB) 800MHz - 5200/-
2 x 500GB Hard Disks is RAID 0 - 18000/- (price not sure check it out)
2 x ATI HD 4870 - 35000/- (Buy From slmega) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102810
750W power supply unit - 25000/- (max price .. buy from slmega) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139009&Tpk=850TX

To buy the items from slmega provide the links that i have given, to them... dont choose from their site... it'll be expensive if u do so..... total will come around 138k so u can spend da rest to casing, DVD roms, sound card and for any modding
hope u like it..... i have chosen a 850W power because u can add another 4870 later one day..... ;) so the PSU can handle the load easily

U can buy all these stuff from Unity   except for the VGA card and the Power Supply Unit (PSU) :dull: :dull: .... have u heard of slmega.... they can get those two for u from US..... but provide the links of the items to them....
one on my friend bought the HD 4870 for 35.5K and a 750W PSU for 23K both from slmega.....

But if u know someone close in US it'll be easy... cos buying it there and sending it to you through USPS is cheaper .... and the customs duty isnt much (10% altogether duty+surcharge+CES+PAL) ;) ;) ;) ;)

    Where I'm now
Since I am in USA now I am not familiar with the SL market prices now.And you know market flood outs, shortages n things.
But I can give you some hints.
Since you have around $1400 you can go for the latest tech things apart from the i7.A 45nm quad will be great, combined with P45 chipset mobo from gigabyte/foxconn with 4GB of RAM and a HD4870 or GTX 260.A 22"wide with 3ms and 1000:1 with WXGA+ or better.2 HDDs one for OS n one for storage. With other parts combined you will reach the budget cap.
