I have tested with my Dialog, it never went beyond 200kbps for me. Average uploading that I got was around 90kbps.
One reason to throw away my Dialog connection

mona unath Mobitel package eka daily internet use karanna hoda ne. ( coz dats not unlimited). Out of Dialog and Airtel, i think Dialog is the Best.

yes dialog is the only one well optimized network in srilanka,mama dannawa mobitel gana,kalayak pavichchi kala anthimai service eka.

don't have an exact explanation, but HSDPA has defined its uploading speed as 384kbps. Have u experienced uploading upto 100KBps?

I'm not using mobitel, but I have seen Mobitel users getting more than 100KBps uploading speed. Sure HSUPA in service....
with my Airtel HSDPA I've experienced around 50KBps uploading, but with speedtest only upto 350kbps.
