So I got some money [15 million] I want to deposit ,and get a good interest rate each month which bank is better in Sri Lanka how much money I can get each month?

Try to find out a reputed finance company and allocate a portion of your funds for that also.

LOLC is good.

But if you wait for couple of months interest rates will go up by that time.
