Best Internet Packages?

My uncle recently bought a new computer. & he also needs to get Internet. & he's new to computers & would be a light user. I checked in SLT, Dialog & Etisalat sites for postpaid packages, which could suit to him. & followings are the packages I selected. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanx

Etisalat is the cheapest. see wehther it has the coverage or go for SLT BB. (my preference)
