Overall quality of Tea has gone down.... Even though some advertise as Single Origin, my view is that all are mixed with inferior teas imported from elsewhere.
A while ago I purchased some tea from St Clair outlet. The tea I had there was nice, but the packet claiming the same wasn't. :(

There is a brand of tea called " Lumbini Tea," produced by a factory in Deniyaya. which you can buy from the Ceylon Tea Board outlet in Colombo 3. It is by far the best tea I have ever tasted.

thats the hard truth of industry.
also factory has to put tea in to auction. (majority) therefore cannot expect single origin tea in mass market.
