Machan this is almost true. But machan what about S. Thamas' College Mt. Lavinia and Trinity College, Kandy?. Royal, Trinity and S. Thomas' are like Eton and Harrow in England. These two are the only schools that can be compared with Royal College.

Agreed 1000% They are my personal fav too...

but I think we cant really choose THE best schools isnt it? i reckon this is a pointless topic.after all the main aim of any school should be to produce good citizens for our motherland isnt it?Thats what counts the most at the end,(thats what i think).each school produces gud citizens to the society, as well as there are not very gud ppl coming out...so as for me all are the same....
