one time it happens to me also.try to restart the phone + pc and see while the phone is connected to pc.

clean the data cable and phone head

3)try to boot it with without the memory card

if not working its a fault in windows..i get to it work
by a fresh install of windows

note:5800 sucks lags lyk shit now nvr a nokia again
