in usa a knife is a weapon..even a nail cutter is a weapon..screw drivers and tools are even not allowed to be taken on a road except ur a professional u have a license for ur job...or it must be in ur vehicle..(those are the rules) changes from state to state...
in here u can do a fault only 2times.... the 3rd time if u get caught ur in jail..
even for high speeding..

coz in usa sum one is being killed every moment every day..and a 1 cop dies per day..
when the cops stops u @ the road if v get down like in sl sorry tama..
they come near to the shutter to talk to us ..not like in sl while the other cop is on alert pointing the gun @ the car..
after he thinks the driver is a safe innocent person he asks other cop to put the gun down..
coz u cant trust any one in here..
there is no better country like SL..
if there was better rulers in Sl love the Sl this would be the heaven on earth...
